(1) If an application is received in accordance with section 11, the Commission will make necessary inquiries regarding whether the necessary documents and details to be submitted with the application have been submitted or not.
(2) If the petitioner has not submitted any documents or details to be submitted during the investigation according to sub-section (1), the Commission shall give notice of the same to the petitioner within fifteen days from the date of registration of the application within a reasonable period to submit such documents or details.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the date on which such documents or details are received by the Commission shall be considered as the date of submission of the application.
(4) If it is not found necessary to change the tariff proposed by the applicant during the examination of the application according to sub-section (1) or if the basis for changing the tariff is not reasonable, the relevant applicant shall be informed of the reason within sixty days from the date of submission of the application.
